1. Scope of Work
I, Nara, agree to create a custom artwork (the "Commission") based on the client provided character/s, concept, or prompt. The final piece will be delivered in a digital format (e.g., PNG, JPEG, or PDF) unless otherwise agreed.2. Payment
The Client agrees to pay the total amount of EUR for the Commission. Payment confirms the Client's agreenment to the terms of this contract and grants the license described below.
Payments must be mane via PayPal and are required split into milestones when they exceed 50€ (50% before starting, 50% upon completion). Otherwise commissions will be paid full upon completion.
Payments are processed through PayPal, and Clients Will receive a PayPal transaction receipt, wich serves as proof of payment.3. License & Usage Rights
By paying for this artwork, the Client is purchasing a personal-use license to the commissioned artwork. This license includes the following rights:
- The Client may share, post, and display the artwork online or in personal spaces only if the Artist is credited properly.
- The Client may use commissioned artwork for personal use (e.g., avatars, profile pictures, wallpapers, etc.)
- The Client may use it as reference for their own character or creative projects, as they own the character/concept, but not the artwork itself.
- The Client may use it to create merchandise (e.g., prints, apparel, stickers) for themselves only.However, the Client may not:
- Sell, redistribute, or otherwise profit directly from this specific artwork.
- Sell merchandise (e.g., prints, apparel, stickers) using this artwork.
- Use this artwork in any generative AI, image AI, or machine learning datasets, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, DALL·E, Grok, or similar systems.
- Claim authorship of the artwork, remove, or alter the Artist's signature.All rights not expressly granted remain with the Artist.4. Copyright
The Artist retains full copyright and moral rights to the artwork.
The Client's purchase grants usage rights only as described above.5. Revisions & Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, the Artist will provide 5 rounds of minor revisions before charging for more.
Minor revisions are allowed after the final version, but major changes may incur additional fees.
The estimated completion time will be discussed before starting.
The final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution digital format by preferred method (e.g., email, Google Drive, etc.) for one week to two months after sketch approval.6. Refunds & Cancellations
- Full refunds are available only before work has begun.
- Partial refunds may be issued depending on the progress made.
- No refunds will be granted once the artwork is completed and delivered.
- If the Artist cancels the commission, a full refund will be issued.
- If the Artist is unable to complete the Commission for personal or unforeseen reasons, a partial or full refund may be provided at the Artist's discretion.7. Confidentiality & Privacy
Neither the Artist nor the Client will share personal details such as legal names, phone numbers, addresses, or bank information.
If the Client wishes for their commission to remain private and not be posted publicly, this must be communicated in advance.8. Terms Of Service
I, Nara, am offering commissions as a private individual, not as a registered business.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission without providing a reason.
I will keep the Client updated on the commission progress.
The Client can contact me anytime to ask for updates on the commission.
I must be credited or tagged when the commission is posted online.
Commissions will posted in my social media for commission information or standalone posts. If the Client does not want their commission to be posted, they must communicate this.9. Agreement
By submiting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this contract and the Artist's Terms Of Service.
